Foster The People Phoenix Concert reviews
Avenged Sevenfold was in a word, outstanding. Stone Sour was pretty good, too. Halestorm got the crowd ready to rock and did a great job doing it. Their performance was better than anyone had said it would be; you really have to see it in person to truly understand how amazing they really are. I'm sure they'll have a kick ass concert when they headline. They played some new stuff, which sounded great, and played some older songs. They got the crowd ready for A7X. We only watched the Main Stage performances, but each one was good in their own way. All in all, it was a great time and I would drive down to DC and see it again if I didn't have to set up my classroom. Foster The People was great, but I expected a lot more from them since they were the closing performers. They kicked ass so hard, that I sort of felt let down by Foster The People. They didn't play Bother, which I wanted to hear, but it is what it is.
